One of the first females to drive a fuel funny car, Della Woods, has seen and done it all.  Della was just awarded a "Life Time Achievement" award at the Hot Rod Reunion in Bowling Green, Kentucky.  She was also awarded "Grand Marshall" at Detroit Dragway.  And she was inducted into the East Coast Drag Times "Hall of Fame".   There wasn't anything Della and her late husband, Dee, couldn't do.
