Curious if anyone other than or myself visits this site anymore. Is it worth our bumping previous posts or contributing new ones? Re-tagging and liking many photos? A ton of new "members" have joined in recent weeks. Have seen no contributions from them. Are they real or bots? A real shame to watch what was become what is.[/quote]
I check this site every morning.I scan the blog column for who's celebrating a birthday that day. After a brief look I check the events pages to see what might be on tap for my own participation with one of my vintage show cars/racer's.Then I check to see if anyone's shared photo's from the SC world of racing. As you can tell this become a very short task since nothing is being posted on here lately. Finally I read mostly bump posts that I have already read over the years the site has been in operation. I see this site now as not very user friendly to a non computer operator. This is pretty obvious with the current info and photo's being posted since the site change. I have installed dyno's worked with Areo Engineers in the Lockheed Windtunnels, worked extensively on flow benches, can centerline a cam profile and degree in a engine but when it come's to typing on this keyboard and scratching my mouse pad it becomes a very hard task. I have a older style flip phone that serves me well I don't do Facebook or Twitter I'm not a gamer or play video games I have a hard time just trying to set the digital clock on the front of our microwave. I have shared much of this with our leader ol' J/G. I'm not about to bash or slander what he has built over the past several years. It's up to us member's to learn how best to get the services that are offered on this newest site of R/R.
Now with that said....I have won my share of feature races and have been a small part of several cup championships long before R/R hit the world wide web. So I will continue to participate in winning more race's and help pass the knowledge I've learned on to my son AJ in hope he will have a better understanding of how to win his share of the races he competes in. So I'll just keep checking in from time too time to see what might be new info from those so-called "good old days". As for posting on here I very limited as to what I have/can do with my confuser skills.
Regards from Arustyracer a.k.a. Billy Biscoe

NEW PROBLEM With a NEW SITE !
Earlier this week we got blitzed with a snow storm. Naturally all of us in my family were stuck inside. I thought it might be a fortunate time to take advantage of searching the R/R newest site and trying to understand it's new and improved features. I had already posted on the events calander and was fairly certain I could go back to that same section. Not too much problems but in a little while I got back to it. I looked at the listings for the "Racing thru History" shows and saw a white blank space for the date of Jan. 10th 2017. I simply thought that Jeff had already made other plans or it might be undergoing some upgrades. So Tuesday evening came and went at my house. Then today when I logged in to wish my ol' buddy Reb Wickersham a "Happy Birthday" I saw were there was in fact a "Goat Rodeo" show on Tuesday nite! Did someone make a last minute change to do a show or am I getting too senile to use my confuser. Or was I not doing something right to this newest sites regards.? Add to this I can't find MY FRIEND list? I know I've made a few friends on the old pages but did they not come with me to this new one? Along that same line what has happened to the Clubs I've joined? Do they still exist? I'm certain that I'm not doing something right , but I also certain I'm not the only one having issues. I'm only posting this because I fell that for each member here on R/R we have to teach/share our tech skills to learn how to navigate these new pages. Sincerely: ARUSTYRACER
I saw your post under my responce to Bill McPeek. I have had trouble posting on this new site also. I always sign in in the upper right hand corner by clicking on the (key symbol). after that I click on forum then read what is posted. If and when I want to answer that forum post I go back to my page and scroll down until I reach the white box that's similar to a e-mail box. I type whatever I want to post the click at the bottom of that letter to post on forum. I hope I don't confuse you on while I try to understand this new system of R/R.
See ya' on the RADIO ....LOL
