Two Richmond drivers with best looking LMS and best looking Mod, although Ray’s Dick Armstrong mod was out of New England. Bill’s car was sponsored by Emrick Chevy in Richmond. Bill’s car owner, John Dodson was a Richmond attorney and later a judge. He once sued Sonny Hutchins after an incident at Langley Field Speedway.
