what a hard tragedies of Larry and Clarence, who both died in 1973.
And both of their last race were at Talladega Clarence finished his and Larry was killed during its running
clarence recorded his best career finish in the 1973 alabama 500, missing the 19 car pileup that took place early in the event, only to die a few days later ina highway accident. sounds like “final destination”.
