First off, a very Happy New Year wish to each of our listeners and Racers Reunion members direct from The Lair. I trust everyone had a wonderful Christmas and are now underway with your New Year. The Year of 2012. The year the Mayan calendar runs out. To quote one of my Christmas story heroes, as to the Mayan Calendar, “Bah, Humbug”. Anyone who would take the Mayan Calendar as a serious indication of the end of the world needs to think of all the other beneficial things that particular area of the planet has given to mankind. Regardless of the predictions of the stone carvers, I will plan on doing my Christmas shopping for next year. Now, thinking of that, get your three day old New Year off to a great start.
