Blue, Sam Daniel, Glenn Simpkins, Wallace Smith, Kent Fogleman, Earl Arnold, Bill Mangum, Mike Sykes, and others! All former drivers from the speedway who register will receive complimentary credentials are are urged to attend.
The Racing Expo is a two-day event, Friday and Saturday, January 18-19. It features a short-track trade show with over 40 vendors ranging from racing parts and accessory distributors to area speedways discussing new rules and schedules.
There will be a special autograph session for the RacersReunion Legend drivers on Saturday during the Reunion. There will be scrapbooks and photos for everyone to view with many historic photos on display.
The mainstay of the Expo, the Racing Auction will start at 1pm on Friday and again at 9am on Saturday selling over 1200 lots of used racing equipment, tools, and parts.
Admission is $10 daily, Kids 13-15, $5 daily, and women and children 12 & Under Free. Hours are Noon-9pm on Friday and 8am-5pm Saturday. Details may be found atwww.piedmontracingexpo.com.
