DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - The Victory Lane Racing Association will hold its ninth annual Awards banquet on February 18 at the Pelican Bay Golf and Country Club and the award recipients and presenters are among the top people in the sport of auto racing. One organization and ten individuals will be honored. Well known racing historian, Buz McKim will be the Master of Ceremonies and the event is expected to draw a capacity crowd.
