Ding Dong Award

Today's Ding Dong award goes to AJ Almendinger.

What a stupid move to ruin a good finish.

Watch closely to the rerun,I think he was following the car in front of him and not watching his left or right. Poor judgement ? Maybe, in the heat of the battle move? maybe

But he went where the car he was intending on pushing... went so thats the spoils of the game----My take on it whats yours ...

Opinions are still free arent they?? that was my take on it looking from behind the wreck as it happens.

Problem was, instead of just blocking the hole, AJ got into the inside line of cars.

I still say stupid move. IMHO

I call it poor judgement in the closing laps of a race. AJ was blocking according to his own words but he wasn't the only that blocked during the race. I can't be too harsh on any driver that close to the checkered flag running near the front of the pack. This kind of crashing will happen at some point during every race a Dega, and at the end of the race I think most expect it unfortunately.
