Bob Newton, founder of Hoosier Tire with his wife Joyce, passed away this afternoon. Newton was a friend to many and wonderful philanthropist. Our condolences to the whole Hoosier Tire and Newton family.

Bob did a lot of testing at our Richmond track. He was always very, very polite and soft spoken. A very nice gentleman. Prayers to his family.
