NASCAR's hell-bent 'plate mentality is headed for the ultimate tragedy; the catch fence can't keep the car(s) out of the stands, forever. Then, the talking heads will go ballistic..........and EVERY form of racing will be branded and affected. Track-insurance will sky-rocket.

The fence held as it was designed to do THIS TIME but just think, that wild loose motor is still running and working as a gyro. Its direction could have been up hill as well. All I can say is someone was looking over the race here!!Austin Dillon, driver of the <a href=#3 Bass Pro Shops Chevrolet, is involved in an on-track incident following the checkered flag during the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Coke Zero 400 Powered by Coca-Cola at Daytona International Speedway on July 6, 2015 in Daytona Beach, Florida.">

Get rid of Green White Checkers at the bigger tracks like Fontana, Michigan, Daytona and Talladega. Too dangerous on those tracks to do that.
