God Bless America

You may remember this past December 7th when our oldest grandson's high school band marched in Hawaii's annual Pearl Harbor Memorial Parade. Just before the parade began, all the high school bands joined with the U.S. Marine Corps Pacific Fleet Band to play "God Bless America." It sounds pretty good on July 4th.

And the previous day they played a tribute performance on the deck of the USS Missouri anchored at Pearl Harbor, beginning with the Armed Forces Medley which is pretty appropriate also on the 4th:
