SOMEBODY EXPLAIN THIS PLEASE

No one responded to my last post about this so I'm trying once more. What the devil is going on here? Pressurized fuel system maybe?

that my friend is what happens when a fuel pump does not have a return or pressure rtelief on it a good elec pump will squirt a stream of gas a good way and it dont take much gas to burn like that saw it once at a sports car race in fla at sebring

The pic looks like Sebring as well. Same one you saw perhaps?And many thanx for the answer, it was drivin me batty, what an unusual incident.
