Tim Leeming and Jeff Gilder are involved with the RR live broadcast from the annual Stocks for Tots event and I'm sure have much more detailed information, but the story below appeared in this morning's Charlotte newspaper:

STOCKS-FOR-TOTS
When: 5-9 p.m. Tuesday
Where: NASCAR Technical Institute, 220 Byers Creek Road, Mooresville, in Talbert Pointe Business Park off I-77, Exit 36.
Details: www.stocksfortots.org .
Some of NASCARs biggest names, including Dale Earnhardt Jr. and retired drivers Richard Petty and Bobby Allison, will sign autographs and pose for photos at the 25th annual Stocks-For-Tots benefit in Mooresville on Tuesday.
NASCAR Technical Institute in Talbert Pointe Business Park will host the event, which is expected to draw 1,000 visitors.
Since 1989, Stocks-For-Tots has raised a total of about $1 million and collected 50,000 toys for Stop Child Abuse Now (SCAN), a local nonprofit that works to prevent child abuse through parenting classes, a parent support group, home visits and other initiatives.
The North Carolina Auto Racing Hall of Fame in Mooresvilles Lakeside Business Park started Stocks-For-Tots.
Purchasing a ticket for the 2013 holiday fundraiser allows NASCAR fans to give back to their local community while meeting motorsports greats.
NASCAR legends Rusty Wallace and Leonard Wood also are scheduled to appear, as are current drivers Ryan Newman, Mike Wallace, David Regan, David Gilliland and Mike Bliss. National Hot Rod Association drag racers Doug Herbert, Greg Anderson and Jason Line also will attend.
Beginning at 5 p.m., this years fundraiser will include several celebrity autograph sessions, a silent auction and a chance to visit with Santa Claus. Admission is $10 cash and a new unwrapped toy with a $10 value.
The toys will be given to children in about 100 families served by SCAN. Any extra toys will go to the Iredell County Department of Social Services to be distributed among other families seeking assistance.
For those unable to attend, NASCAR Live with Eli Gold will broadcast live from the event to a nationwide audience from 7 to 8 p.m. on all Motor Racing Network affiliates.
Fans also will be able to buy items from the Stocks-For-Tots memorabilia store, including autographed sheet metal, wheels and crew shirts donated by several NASCAR teams.
Stocks-For-Tots is the perfect family-friendly event, bringing together race enthusiasts eager to support a good cause, and NASCAR Tech is honored to once again be a part of this special holiday tradition, John Dodson of NASCAR Technical Institute said in announcing this years fundraiser. We are proud to serve as the venue for an event that continually helps to improve the lives of so many young individuals in our community.
