After Brad Keselowski won the Cup race at Atlanta Sunday, TV revealed an interesting character in victory lane. In addition to Brad, the Monster Energy girl, and the crew, some random dude in an M&Ms hat hovered in the background. He wasn't wearing any Brad or Penske gear, and I didn't spot a hot pass around his neck.
