$25,000 is chump change to those guys and either their sponsor or car owner will probably pay the fine anyway. Too bad Humpy Wheeler isn't still at CMS. For his pre-race show he'd build a chainlink cage at the start finish line, throw those two bozos in it and say, "Have at it boys!!"
