Harvick/Busch penalty

Four-race probation, $25k. Extends to all three series until June 15........in other words have at it boys.....no real penalty here.

I can truly say I am shocked. What specifically is the $25,000 fine for? What bothered me most was Kyle could have injured someonewhen he pushed Harvick's car out of his way. There were people walking towards them.
