No Yellow Flag Back in the Day

I was looking for a short clip of Dale Earnhardt in the 1982 Wrangler Bud Moore Ford to illustrate a point in another post.

Look at this 3 minute clip from the 1982 Talladega Winston 500. Thirty years ago it took more than a water bottle to bring out a NASCAR yellow flag.

Schaefer: It's not just for racing anymore.

Bill France, Jr. was the "Race Director" in May 1982 at Talladega in those pre-David Hoots days.
