If you hadn't noticed on the NASCAR schedule, there is a Cup race scheduled for Charlotte Motor Speedway on Saturday night.

21 year old Kyle Larson and 25 year old Brian Scott are scheduled to make their Cup debuts in the Bank of America 500.

They'll be joining the list of 62 other drivers who made their Cup debuts at Charlotte.

Listed below, alphabetically, are ten of those drivers. Can you guess which had the best debut finish?

Donnie Allison

Carl Berghman

Dale Earnhardt

Dale Earnhardt, Jr.

Harry Gant

Janet Guthrie

Jimmie Johnson

Billy Scott

Ricky Stenhouse, Jr.

Michael Waltrip

If you guessed Carl Berghman , you'd be right. Berghman, a.k.a. "Bugs Stevens" - 1967, 1968 and 1969 NASCAR National Modified Champion, posted a 6th place finish in his Cup debut on May 24, 1970 in the World 600 at Charlotte. He'd only run two more Cup races.

Here's the drivers above now listed in order of their Cup debut finish, which came at Charlotte:

Bugs Stevens (Carl Berghman) 6th 5/24/1970

Harry Gant 11th 10/7/1973

Ricky Stenhouse, Jr. 11th 5/29/2011

Janet Guthrie 15th 5/30/1976

Dale Earnhardt, Jr. 16th 5/30/1999

Billy Scott 22nd 5/27/1973

Dale Earnhardt 22nd 5/25/1975

Donnie Allison 27th 10/16/1966

Michael Waltrip 28th 5/26/1985

Jimmie Johnson 39th 10/7/2001

Only one of those ten drivers, however, can claim the distinction of receiving their ride via a fan vote.
