Dennis Setzer absolutely DOMINATED the only two NASCAR Sportsman Division races ever staged at Richmond International Raceway. This was the short-lived series dreamed up by Humpy Wheeler that hurt, maimed and killed inexperienced drivers at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Dennis was in a class by himself at RIR in 1990 and 1991.
