Seems to be a bit on confusion surrounding the NC Vintage Championship event:
The April 21 NC VCS event is a separate entity from the G.O.D.S. series. As has been often stated, the NCVCS will feature club racing with each club implementing its own rules.
The G.O.D.S. series will begin on April 27th and plans to continue each Friday night thereafter, utilizing their own rules, purse structure, etc. etc. G.O.D.S. is the series who's rules are being posted. Again, it is not related to the NCVCS race on April 21st.
