I was lucky to get a road named for Desmond T. Doss here in Lynchburg,Va . He lived two doors down fromwhere I live now. I never met Mr Doss but did meet his brother and some family members at the road naming.At his death his wife sent me 50 of Mr Doss things.They will be in a museum as soon as I know where to put them < All the Museums here want them> They are here with me and for anyone to see.Check out Desmond Thomas Doss on Google. I live at 1980 Easley Ave and Doss lived 1835 Easley Ave.Here in Lynchburg,Va. He had two comis book on him. I have one of them.Hero Without a Gun.He receive Congressional Medal of Honor--Bronze Star Medal <2>--Purple Heart<3>--Good Conduct Medal.American Campaign Medal--Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal <4>--World War II Victory Medal--Philippine Leberation Medal--President Unit Citation-- A great Man.ThanksHarlow ReynoldsLynchburg,Va.
