Came across a nice segment of 4 video interviews totaling 45 minutes with 40-year Nashville Tennessean motorsports writer, Larry Woody - one of my favorite traveling writers when I was in the business. Good stuff about his travels with the late Joe Caldwell, afternoon motorsports writer for the Nashville Banner. A young fellow not much older than our Cody Dinsmore conducts the interviews:

Langley Champ Edwards Takes $12,000 1st Place Thanksgiving Classic Cash at Southern National

2012 Langley Speedway NASCAR Late Model Stock Car champ, Greg Edwards continued a long tradition of Virginia drivers taking home the bacon from big races at Lucama, North Carolina's Southern National Motorsports Park.

Edwards earned $12,000 for winning Sunday's November 25th Thanksgiving Classic Late Model Stock Car race at the eastern North Carolina track where such luminaries as Denny Hamlin cut their NASCAR Late Model Stock Car teeth.

Virginian, Greg Edwards Holds the $12,000 1st-Place Check for Winning Sundays Thanksgiving Classic at Southern National Motorsports Park

Greg Edwards is also the 2012 NASCAR Late Model Stock Car champ at Hampton, Virginia's Langley Speedway
