The Joie Ray, whom refer himself as "The Black Joie Ray" was never an "Movie Stunt Driver" or drove NASCAR races. He was an "Winning Race Driver" of non-NASCAR races.
The " White Joie Ray", whom claimed to be an movie stunt driver, was hired by "Big Bill France" to shown some excitement in 1952 Daytona beach road race by doing rollover wrecked the "#105 Henry J" in the turn in front of movie cameras.
