Dennis, looks like Devin is helping. I really don't much understand it either. Nothing here works from my tablet and even on PC I am vey confused. Not what in racing we called "Fan Friendly"

I don't think it same as an " photo gallery "  ?

They are editing tools.  For example, if I click on the "B" it will make what I'm typing appear in bold and when I click it again the bold type will stop. If you place your cursor over a symbol it will tell you what it does.  As for saving other photos, first I would ask permission of the person who posted the photo.  You can save it to your computer like you would any other photo you copy from the internet.  Right click on the photo and choose "save image as".
