Jeff, Dustin, et al.....

If you are not aware, a considerable number of us were for some reason booted off of Chat tonight (I am assuming unintentionally). I also lost my audio. We had a pretty difficult time logging back onto Chat Room and when we did, a number of us, including Devin, Tommie Clinard, Billy Biscoe and some others seemed to be in some sort of time warp Chat Room. We could no longer see many of the folks who were supposedly posting, etc. Don't know what happened, but it seemed to happen to a lot of us. FYI

Dave, what time did this happen?

Jeff, you got me on the time, but I had rebooted during Bopper's segment and had rejoined just as he ended his getting to the Fayetteville track for the last lap segment. From that point on I could see only see a partial group of chatters names listed and only their comments. Don't know if that will help or not. Devin was experiencing the same problem and had had it earlier in the day according to Devin's chat box comment. Thanks.

I noticed the the number on chat dropped from 42 earlier in the show to 17 at the end of the show. Mine stayed connected...and I didn't notice any issues there, but I'm not watching it continuously when we're on the air.

Thanks for the input.

Mine happened just as Bopper started his segment. My Chat Room people dropped to 14-15. I talked to Tiger Tom for a few minutes and we were the only ones posting. Then Devin and Dave came in and that's when we decided it was a transmission problem and not our PC's. It continued this way for the rest of the show. I heard Tim make a remark about a Post by PKL but saw nothing on my screen. It was as if the Chat Room had been divided into two different locations and we were hearing all of the show but only half of the Chat. ?????? Also the names of about half had been deleted. No Jeff, Tim, PKL....and others

Dustin reported that while having the chat popped out, he left the site and had to sign back in when he returned.

Anyone else have any other issues to report?

I did that several times Jeff and got the same results. Only about half of the chat room.

I left the RR site completely and went to another site. Logged in and did a couple of things on that site. Logged out. Went back to RR and logged in and still the same thing.

Need a chat test session to see if the issues are resolved.

Whew, I thought it was just my PC which lost sound about 7:20 and the chat line was down to about 3 people.

Jim, the lost sound shouldn't be connected...since they come from different servers. The only thing the site and sound have in common are your pc and your internet.

Thanks for the feedback.

Check out the new notification sounds on the chat. You may have to log off and back on to clear the old ones.

Thank you. She'd been out of the hospital in Greenville, NC and in a hospice situation for just over a week. 53 years old. My wife lost her only brother to cancer at age 19 in 1973 and still has one older sister in Wilson.

I only lost sound once but signed off and back on and all was well with that but the chat would rotate up but the names did not. Also tried to rotate the signed on names and it looked like the key stone cops had all crashed.Even though I couldn't communicate I still enjoyed listening. Thanks for all you do Jeff and crew.
