If anyone has any information or would like to know the story and history of this race and good at research, any help is appreciated. I have a stack of photos from this race with all American made cars, I'm sure there has to be a couple Gringos that raced there. Anything is appreciated.There's no way that the drivers were all Peruvians (is that a word?), the cars look good, there has to be a few well known American drivers that ran in that race. Besides, according to a Honduran friend the sign "could" read "Welcome brave American drivers" but, the "Daring crack drivers" don't mean they were smoking crack...maybe in todays world.Well, I can't post my photo for some reason but hopefully someone will recognize the race.
