Live Broadcast From NASCAR Technical Institute-Stocks For Tots December 11, 2012

We will be broadcasting "Racing Through History" (aka Thee Goat Rodeo) live from the NASCAR Technical Institute in Mooresville, NC from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM Tuesday December 11, 2012 as part of the 24th Annual Stocks For tots event.

Special guests will include Stocks For Tots Founder, Don MIller, NASCAR Technical Institute's John Dodson, and Bill Rhine of RhineEnterprises along with a host of other racing celebrities.

Our regular cast of Goat Rodeo stars will be holding down the fort in Myrlte Beach with Big D coming in as guest producer. We will begin the broadcast from the event at 5 PM and will lead into our normal show at 7 PM with guest appearances throughout the show.

The first Stocks For Tots fundraiser was held at the Mooresville Armory in December 1989. Since then, the annual event has raised over $850,000 and distributed nearly 50,000 Christmas toys to children in our area. Each year thousands of people visit Mooresville for our annual event, where they get to see many of their favorite NASCAR & NHRA drivers / celebrities, as well as their show cars on display and even a visit from Santa himself.

If you can be in the Mooresville area, you should attend this worthwhile event. You will not leave disappointed.

I hope to see those of you close to Mooresville tonight at the Stocks for Tots. Few things in life touch me as deeply as a child in need. In some small way I like to think my being there may help just one child somewhere. Stocks for Tots does more than provide for a better Christmas. A very impressive list to say the least. Come on out to The NASCAR Institute in Mooresville and enjoy. Several drivers from the past will be hanging out at the North Carolina Auto Racing Hall of Fame on Knob Hill Road in Mooresville from about 12:00 until 3:00. Come by and have some quality time with some of the pioneers of the sport.
