Johnny, I know you all had a wonderful time. Thanks for this post and also for the text with the picture of the number 43. I heard it was very hot over there but I hope everything went great for the crew at Middle Georgia.
yes it was muggy and humid, had fog until mid morning but that burnt off. more stuff to come

Not every day a person of Fame walks among you, much less acknowledges the fact that you are there. well after he made his way through all the well wishers and autograph hounds he came to the table where we were setting. He stopped and asked me "now what was that you were telling me on the stage earlier?" I replied that Tim wished he could have made it but circumstances beyond his control didnt allow the trip. He said Tim was a great friend ,then proceeded to give this to me, unasked for--- kinda makes you wonder where these kind of folks have gone to. Anyway I felt plum proud of this--------------------- memories
