Seems he once might've worked as a handyman with his brother Larry (Mc?) and his other brother Darrell at a New Hampshire bed and breakfast.
That does look like the racing D.W. in the middle. But I've watched that show and that Darrell AND the other Darrell are smarter by far than the race driving, mouth running D.W.

The driving suit is that unusual color so the stains didn't show when Cale & Earnhardt bumped DW.
