Unfortunately they are going to sell Rockingham because it became bankrupt. We don't know what will happen to The Rock, but hopefully it will not be demolished.
However, the career as a racetrack for Rockingham is over.

Applaud Hillenburg for giving it a shot. But if you don't pay back the bank on their loan, they will close your doors. Pretty much simple as that.

I got greeted with "This site is temporarily unavailable"
This place is done for. I hate to say it but it's futile.
