I thought Saturday nite at the fights was on another channel but-------- the score card is scratchy and the players are many but the ultimate winners were the handlers of each player. This goes to show that there is still fire in the Nascar crowd. But the way its playing out should not involve using the cars.. Rather let them squre off in a confined area where words or necessary roughness can be controlled. Brad got ahead of himself I think, picking on Matt seems the wrong thing to do, and Denny was prepared to go for it. Only one i see who used their head after getting the ok (kinda) was Danica. And Tony, well you dont hit Tony while he is undressing..

Now with Kevin winning he has a round three spot in the chase.

Matt got penalized for a decal being removed from his car before the race,so starting in the rear now puts him in jeapordy .

Joey spins Danica out for why?? is he jealous of Ricky? he better be glad she didnt follow through with that swing of her purse..

And Jr and his shifter, that boy better shape up or his vacation may start a little early..

Now for the 64 dollar question - - whats with Nascar and the broadcasting of the race,I admit the Baylor game was a thriller but Guys in the tower, get your head on , best way to loose ratings is have these no shows and im talking about broadcasting . I hunted it on all the PROPER channels and then resorted to the pirate channels but nothing there so it was a network thing that Nascar did not solidify beforehand..

Sponsors want to be seen not just thought about ....I think this hurt our sport last night------ What do you think ???????

I was pretty dissed about the telecast being bounced around. First the scroll on the ABC college game said the race would begin on ESPNews, then transfer. Not so. They kept showing football. The morning's paper said the internet ESPN3 showed the beginning. Don't know how to access that. I went to NASCAR.com and saw 20 laps had been run.

Guess what? ESPN loses NASCAR after Homestead and could probably care less. NASCAR's TV contract should have been stouter. Reminded me of old times when Humpy and Bruton would black out Charlotte in the local market like thieves.

I think young Brad might have might have sullied his mess kit last night. He looked pretty stupid. Good takedown by Matt for an old man. And track security and local gendarmes were where while all this was unfolding.

Brad & Penske deserve a SUBSTANTIAL penalty for hitting cars on pit road. Imagine after the NY mess with Tony if a bystander like an official, crew member or media member had been killed or injured. We could have just padlocked the track gates. Surely the Captain has already had a heart to heart. The kid could have put our sport at severe risk last night with his intentional after race actions.
