Join us on Monday, November 21, as we are joined by Mr. Super Chevy Show himself, Roger Gustin! Of course, Roger also was one of the top racers in the sport with his jet funny cars and more. Also joining us is Northwest Super Stock and Pro Stock great Dave Wren! Dave was one of the top Mopar racers in history in his Division 6 winning Plymouths. Plus John Bockelman picks the best songs of an era and we play 'em all on our famous R&R After Party! (David Oakes photo)

Looking at the Drag Lists, Roger drove from 1965 - 1985, and Dave ran Pro Stock from 1970 - 1975. We haven't done 1981 or 1985, I think we've done '65 a couple of times and all the rest of them at least once...I really liked '70, but I'm intrigued by the 2 years we haven't looked at yet, ya know. I'll check out both and see which one will be the most fun...either '81 or '85...Cheers, JB

I checked both years out and it's a tie. Eenie meenie miney mo, catch a wildcat by the toe...OK, I'll do '85, on the strength of a few songs that came out that year that totally ruled the mid-80s and stood the test of time...Cheers, JB

He's a great guy for sure. I was so impressed by the Super Chevy event I attended.

Here is JB's song list for tonight:

Ladies & Gents:

Below is the list of songs I put together for 1985...great year in music and in life... I'm planning to call in with my segment tomorrow night if that's OK...I'm on a schedule with the band at SugarHill Studios in Houston. We're recording a CD there (same place and people the Citykings went to in '05) and our session tomorrow night is from 7 - 11 PM. I got the OK from Pee Wee to take Sylvester's cell phone out to the van and do my segment from there... I told them at first I couldn't do the session but then I thought well, how about if I call in from there and do the segment? Thanks, JB
