NASCAR ban radio communications between race drivers during the Daytona 500 race.

How about cell phone commmunications between race drivers during the Daytona 500 race.

At least one driver, Brad Keselowski had a cell phone. He send twitter photos of the race cars

stop in front ofhis race car during an red flag stopforJuan Pablo Montoya accident with pickup truck towing an ,Jet dryer.

Brad Keselowski is first race driver to send antwitter photo during an race??
