I am very pleased and privileged to announce that Victory Lane Racing Association will be awarding and honoring Larry Frank with the Alan Kulwicki Award at their banquet on Feb. 23, 2012 at the Pelican Bay Golf & Country Club in Daytona Beach, Fl.
