Gosh, PKL... sorry to hear of the phone woes..
I can't even use the "dumb" cell phone my wife supplied me a couple of years back. I keep it on the kitchen window sill and put it in the glove compartment when I drive somewhere. but I never turn it on and can never remember how to work it. Locked myself out of the voice mail, but I don't care. Still have to depend on my Windstream land line... works much better than my internet service. Hope they get you up and about quickly. Funny... I watched an "All in the Family" episode today from 1973... Archie had his new super fancy $300 watch for which he paid $25 stop working. Edith took it to have it repaired, but the jeweler told them it would cost $21 and the watch was worth $8.
