That is the Main way they raise the money for their Charity.I have judged about 75 of these contests and I know most of the contestants.This is the only BBQ contest within 250 miles that weekend and there should be some of the best BBQ you have ever ate.Friday night they are having an ABP (anything but pork) contest.
