A Trophy Girl from the past, present and future. This was back in the day when beauty also had brains. She was a reporter along with pit assistant stewardess and all around master of any job needing completed at the track. Might help to let you know she was on a first name basis with Bill France Senior.

Anyone care to name her?? You might just be pleasantly surprised. Yeah I know her maiden name is on there BUT do you know Who she is now?? She is tied to a driver of importance here on Racers Reunion.

I hope that you enjoyed it Micharl. That was a few years ago.

Dave. I was a youngster at that time. Had just started as a driver. I will admit that I am an old geezer now but she is still as pretty as ever and we will celebrate 55 years of marriage this coming August 18th.

I think YOU are as old as you want to be, Tommie has a twinkle in his eye still yet. Only his getalong is having trouble with its track bar. Dave if you are trying to get in the geezer club you got a ways to go yet.

I prefer to call it a PROFESSIONAL status you dont get overnite. True the areo part is getting a little out of shape and the operating system may have a little blow by but a quart of STP on a regular basis should keep most trucking right along.

My take on this ole Geezer body style that the old man from NC throws out there hoping some one will run over it and mess up the line up thats supposed to look like an ONION patch line up as they say on that there Goat Rodeo.

As most of you already know you just cant get this kinda information just anywhere-----------------------------------------------------------------------Memories

PS I heard also last night that one of the professionals up in the Carolinas was out after 9pm getting a big ole dip of Ice Cream for another one of those lookers we still have in Racers reunion. So see being an ole Geezer dont stop the Romance.. YOU GO BOYS

You are correct Johnny. My gitty up and go has got up and went. However it does beat the alternative. But I think that I could still go maybe two (2) laps at MGR then I would need that relief driver that folks have been speaking of and not just because of the hot weather.

I bet if we fixed the AC in the Schlitz Special you could probably make the 50 lap main with no trouble. biggest challenge I see is getting the Dang door open for ya

That Schlitx Ga. Special has probably been recycled by now Johnny. Don't know where it wound up. Iwas told that the quick change was still around. This was a couple of years ago. I wish that I still had it. I would not build another one but if I could find it that would be nice. Not to race but just show.
