Hickory, NC. May 21, 1968

The 2nd Grand Touring race of 1968 was held at Hickory Motor Speedway and was 250 laps on the 4 tenths mile paved oval. David Pearson started on the pole in Bud Moores #15 Cougar with Tiny Lund along side in the #16 Bud Moore Cougar. Pearson and Lund swapped the lead 13 times but it was Pearson in front at the checkers.

What a change! It's been awhile since I've checked in and I'm quite surprised. It may take me awhile to figure it our but first look it's really great.
