Hi Woody,
Sorry about the issue. I'll take a look and see if I can help.
Jeff
Thanks Woody. I haven't been able to figure out what's happening. Good Idea not to add any more yet. I'll have some more time to dig into this this weekend. Sorry for the problem.

Really weird, I thought I would find them somewhere. Still working on this, Woody.
I found 4 pages of your photo albums. They are there. The the trick is getting back to them once created. Go here: http://racersreunion.com/woody-delbridge/photoalbum
If you go to your page you want to click on the word "MORE". You will see a drop down menu. Scroll down a little and you will see PHOTO ALBUM. Click on it.

Devin,
There 23 there, but he is missing 12 that he created...and they later vanished. I've looked through out the site...hoping to find them "orphaned", but can't find them. I have the folks at JamRoom investigating.

Okay. Apologies. I didn't realize there were still some missing. Have the jamroom folks figured out if the original Album dates can be attached to our photos. I'm not sure that's even possible. For example, my albums were by date and subject/event.

All that album meta data from ning could not be transferred.
Woody, Would you consider adding back one of the lost albums....and let me know when you have it up? Thanks
Thanks, Woody. Going to keep an eye on it. Take a look at the new "Galleries" tab n the menu under photos when you have a chance...also the the members page. I appreciate you, Woody.
I had not. Thank you! On it.
Woody, It was still in the recycle bin. So, I was able to restore it from there. The JamRoom support guys are looking into this. A "self delete" has never occurred before. So, I have to ask...(as a formality...lol) does anyone else have your login? Is there anyway you could have "accidentally" deleted it?
The recycle bin auto-dumps every 36 hours...I think that's the cycle.
Woody, here's an update. One of the developers was able to duplicate the error. There's a bug in the system. We'll see a fix shortly. Thank you for your help!
More updates, Woody. The only way the developer was able to replicate the "disappearing album" phenomena was to delete all the photos in the album. At that point the system deleted the album...which is what the system is designed to do. They want me to have you detail your workflow from creation to disappearance to help pinpoint where the the bug is.
Woody, we have installed some debug software in the photo album module. So, we need to create another album...and see what happens. Hopefully we can find the bug.
Based on the conversations I've had with the developers....and empty album will be deleted by the system. That's is normal. But there's not supposed to be any way the system would delete an album with content. They thought they had recreated the problem, but later realized the album they created was only deleted by the system after the photos had been removed...which is the way it is supposed to work.
I'm going to create some albums myself today and see what happens.
By detailing workflow, they're asking for the process or sequence you use to create the album in hopes of being able to zero in on where the bug exists.
Thanks, Woody. I appreciate your patience in getting this figured out.
Woody, thanks for your help...again. Here's an update. One of your albums disappeared overnight and the developers caught it. Hopefully the debug code they had installed will shed some light onto the issue.
Woody, Good news! The developers found what looks to be a bug and have fixed it. We still want to monitor this for a while to make sure. So....proceed with your albums creation and keep your fingers crossed.
