We added this (what we're able to do for now) a couple of weeks ago. I put a notification in one of the forum posts. I had to set it up via the "Gallery" feature....the only way I have to do it for now. Click "Galleries" under the "Photos" tab.

We created the "Activity" page to resemble (as close as possible) the information display from the old site. You can access it from the navigation by clicking the "Activity" tab. This page includes links to forum activity, photos, blogs, current birthdays, upcoming events, groups, members, a radio player, and a timeline.
Problem reported: When tagging photos there is a 1 minute wait required.
This issue has been resolved.
Related: there is a 6 word maximum currently for tags. Let me know if this needs to be raised.
To tag photos: Click on the photo, click the "Tag" icon below the photo, type in the tag, hit enter.

[/quote] I'm both embarrassed and happy to say that I have fixed the issue. I set the wait to zero and set the max word limit to 6. But, you should hit enter between each tag. If you think the character/word limit needs to be raised let me know...and why.
