Stock Car Racing History

As Dave noted, it was ironic they had to wet the dusty track after having had 2 back-to-back rainouts about a month earlier.

As noted in Tim's Racing History Minute for June 22 , qualifying for the LeHi race originally scheduled for that date was rained out.

The race was rebooked for June 23rd - but again rains caused a postponement. The race was then rescheduled for July 14th.

Based on what's been said about the NHOF, crowds on ANY day shouldn't be a concern. Ha.

Another idea the NHOF should consider is to partner with Memory Lane Museum. Perhaps offer a combo ticket that gives a bit of a discount for the dual purchase vs. buying 2 individual tickets. Could be a solid, 1-day visit or perhaps allow the guest to use the pass over a 2 or 3 day period.
