How Nascar should do a fair scheduling
General
Sorry ! Your idea makes too much sense. Nascar would never agree to it.
Can anybody show up and eat

I didn't see us mentioned.
It has made me rethink about the COT.
I do wish there was someway that a Cup Car could look more like a Ford, Chevy,Dodge or Toyota that is driven on our streetes. But I don't want the safe inovations given up !
Back in the late 40s and early 50s, 75 to 100 MPH was top speed on most short tracks. We usedsurplus WWII Tank Helmets, P40 seat belts.and hardly any good roll bars.
We also lost some good drivers.
Mr. Streeter,
I really enjoyed listening to your stories last evening. I especially liked the part about my Dad, Billy Myers and his brother Bobby. Hope to hear some more stories soon.
Regards,
Randy Myers
Not being a Radio Expert, I might not be as organised as some of Jeff's guests.
I will try to tell it like it was back in the late 40s and early 50s. My memory still works (better than my legs). Tune in, there is nothing on TV but reruns.
I was on RacersReunion Radio for about 5 minutes. It was the most fun I've had in a while.
My kids have been after me to tell some of my experiences of back in the early days of Stock Car Racing. I'll be 82 at the end of this month and if I'm going to tell these stories I better hurry up!
