RPM currently fields cars for AJ Allmendinger and Marcos Ambrose . On Tuesday, the Sirius Speedway radio show reported that RPM was considering Busch for the No. 43 Ford currently driven by Allmendinger.

On a related note, crew chief Greg Erwin has re-signed with RPM. Erwin joined the No. 43 team prior to the Brickyard 400 in July and led Allmendinger to a career-high 15th-place finish in the points standings.Does this mean he is interested in working with Kurt Busch??

I didnt fire him-- Robbie didnt fire him and dont think Tony fired him...... He was fired not by what we have put in text here but by his car owner/sponsor... I do think he will return next season in a quality ride (maybe his own team) with a message to show his other side, that may help you feel like your driver is back
