Beta Testing the site

General

Jeff, are there any do's and/or don't which we should know about? Is there any danger just being on the site until the testing stage is finished? As I mentioned before, there was some kind of message which appeared on my Webroot Security about the same time this happened.

THIRTEEN YEAR OLD DESTINED FOR NASCAR GREAT

General

We would like to take a minute of your time to share what we have already shared with our Friends and Fans on RR

.

We would like for each of you to scroll down the right side of this page until you reach "Michael McGuire Fans", click and read about this amazing 13 year old racing Champion ,who is destined to become one of NASCAR's super drivers. Age is probably what is holding him back now.

When you read his story you will definitely want to be a part of his racing career, by joining his Fan Club.

You will also want to share your feelings about his career at this time and what you think about his future.

We have not met nor spoken with Michael, but certainly look forward to meeting him and congratulating him in person. Until the Michael, always have the Lord as your co-driver and obey the rules(10 commandments)!!!

Thanks everyone and God bless,

Billy and Barbara Scott

Hi Jeff, while we commented on this before we still feel the same way; combine Dirt Racers Reunion and Stock Car Racers Reunion, as was the case "back in the day". One never asked if someone was a dirt track or asphalt track driver, you already knew if a driver got the opportunity, he drove either. Fans and media personnel just referred to them as "race drivers". NASCAR caused that to change, as a driver wanted to drive any track he had a car to run. That's when "Outlaw drivers and tracks" came into existance. Many NASCAR drivers would run non-NASCAR tracks under a ficticious name, and would have to pay a fine if caught (been there, done that) and the second time caught, one was suspended. The late 60S' saw many drivers leave NASCAR to particpate in as many races, at as many tracks, and as many nights/days as possible.Sure took us a long time to say what was already said in the first line of this comment combine the Dirt and Stock Car Racers Reunion.God bless and we love you all !!!!

Jeff, it is our opinion Racer Reunion and Dirt Racers Reunion be combined. After talking with several people who have joined RR, they don't even go over to check out the DRR. You can tell by the membership gain on DRR that it has no where near the members per week as does RR. It would also be better for the ones who try to stay in touch with new members. It appears Drag Raging is growing steadily. Just our view point. We know you will make the best decision for all concerned.God blesss,Billy and Barbara Scott

this forum or that one, which to use

Trivia

There is much more action on the Stockcar Racers Reunion site. There are many people who come to this site and don't know there is a Dirt Racers Reunion, just a click away. We have steered some of our fans that way but they go over, browse and return to stockcar Racers Reunion to stay. We have seen so many more views on our pictures on RR than on DRR.We understand thru Robbie they are working on the Dirt RR to build it's viewers. It's all good and appreciated. If one came to Dirt RR first, then it would be different. They come to RR first, we suppose because that is the most advertised place and the easiest to get to, from the listings for the site.

Johnny, have been trying to place you on tracks which we ran. This could be anywhere between West Virginia to Daytona, so we need your help. You're a bit younger so you probably have a longer mind span!!After being knocked around, rollied over over, and jumping guard rails, it's bound to do a little brain damage. or at least we can use it for an excuse sometimes!!!What tracks did you run and what years? We did run a few of the Georgia tracks. Let's see if we can name them all. Once at Lakewood Speedway in Atlanta co driving with Tiny Lund. Then we tried Lanier Speedway and Taccoa Speedway a few times, driving different cars, along with Augusta Speedway , driving one of Sam Smith's car. We also ran Macon for Andy Hall from a town near Macon.. Savannah was almost a regular a battle ground but was able to pull off the Championship by a very slim margin and believe it was over Dean Hendley. We also visited Lavonia Speedway driving a car of the Grimes brothers. We'll end with Dixie Spedway in Woodstock for James Dunlap of Concord, N.C. and hope that's all of them. The towns for Lanier Speedway and Lavonia Speedway may be mixed up as we were there just a few times,If we were not on those tracks together, maybe you can shed light as to which tracks we shared. Where ever we were together, hope the fans enjoyed it because we're sure we did, right!!God loves you and so do we,Billy and Barbara Scott
