My little boys...who are not so little anymore, still do. I have one, who would jump behind the wheel of anything to be able to race, if given the chance....he is so much like his grandfather! Jeremy even calls me on his cell, so I can listen to certain things going on...I love that! And my daughter....she would be right there with him!! That is why I stress to the kids to take their kids to the race....I know how excited they were!! Like it or not...this is their legacy. In NC schools the 4th graders are required to do a NC report. This is a major component of their grade for the year. When my grands get to that level....I will SO be a part of providing them resources of NC's racing history. Thinking back, when I was teaching I can't remember one report that it was included, not even to my own kids. I won't make that mistake with the grandchildren.
