Another catagory of vintage race cars is the midgets, sprints and Indy/Champ Cars. I am currently restoring a 1965, Don Edmunds built,midget -serial number CBM7(Cross Bar Midget Number 7), the seventhmidget Don built. With the help of Mr. Edmunds we have traced this car back to its beginnings, and havespoken with all of the owners, or their family ,and have the full history, photos, records, USAC sheets, etc. The image shown here is 'as purchased'. It is now down to the bare frame and we are beginning the restoration process. The car raced up until 1979, and luckily very little was changed or updated, the biggest change being the bolt on cage and aluminum wheels.
