Bless my dear ma-in-law. She ordered this one for me before its publication. Then the original publisher went in the ditch. No books - no refunds - and virtually no communication. Finally after diligence by the two of us (and others), the project was brought back to life, and her order and payment were honored. And I've enjoyed the book every since.
