1980 Mason-Dixon 500

I attended the 1980 Mason-Dixon 500 in Dover. I was only 18 and still in HS. I was a huge NASCAR fan and photographing NASCAR was a hobby. After the race, I was wondering down pit road and starting talkiing to Jimmy Ingram's "pit crew". Just 2 people. They even posed for a photo for me. I never thought I would ever be able to give them a photo. I am in the process of going through my slide/negatives and when I come across the photos...I would like to post them. After reading some posts, I see that one of the pit crew was actually his daughter.

I also attended the 1980 Firecracker 400 and have a couple of photos of Jimmy Ingram attempting to qualify.

My fondest memory of Jack's career was seeing him win the Northern 200 at Cayuga Speedway back in the 1970's!
