This is today's dirt Fayetteville Speedway.  I drove our dirt Limited Sportsman car (my avatar) in a 10-lap Late Model Sportsman heat race on this asphalt configuration in 1973 when we were rained out at Wilson County Speedway. Finished last. Never drove again. 😃 It was operating under the name Cumberland County Speedway at the time. A lot of our Richmond drivers came down for big NASCAR LMS evens. I really liked the place except for no retaining wall or guardrails.
