This is a rare car, and the only picture I know of it. This was taken in 1984 at the Daytona 500. It was the first season with Coors on board. And if you remember....back in the day, you could run a model up to 5 years old. Introduced in 1983 was a new generation of the Thunderbird called the "Aero Birds" When the Elliott's built the car, they didn't want to waste one of their new "Aero Bird" cars, because they were only given 2 or 3. So they used one of the older cars 1980-1982. After Coors saw the car on tv as the older model...they called the Elliott's and requested that they use the new model during each race.-Cody
